Our admissions process:

To apply to Oakwood Classical, please complete one application form per child.  All new applications will be reviewed for opening s at each grade level.  Students evaluations and parent interviews will be scheduled after a completed application is received.  Please note that although all applications will be considered, acceptance cannot be guaranteed due to established limitations on class size.

  • Non-refundable $150 application fee
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Student Evaluation Form to be filled by your child’s current teacher (1st-8th grade)
  • Transcript Release Form

Academic Evaluation

Testing:  Students in grades 5-8 applying for admissions will be tested prior to acceptance.  Applicants will be contacted via email to set up an evaluation date following the receipt of a completed application and corresponding fee.

Evaluations:  Assessments will be reviewed by the admissions team and will take 7-14 business days to process.  

Notification of Admissions

You will be notified of the final decision made by the Admissions Team within a week of your parent interview.  Notifications will be sent via email.

After Acceptance

An Enrollment Agreement will be forwarded to you via email.  This agreement will afford you to choose one of our three payment options along with a list of additional necessary documents and forms which include:  Financial Agreement Form; Emergency Form; Immunization Records; and Early Childhood Licensing Forms for our ECE student only.
